You can receive bonuses or bonus money at the sign-up stage or after you have already become a MONRO Sportsbook platform client. You can at any time opt out of receiving all or any particular bonus. or notify of your refusal via your player profile interface. You should understand the terms and conditions
of awarding a specific bonus. This section contains general terms and conditions for using sports betting
bonuses on the MONRO Sportsbook platform. Please note that each bonus is associated with its own terms and
conditions that will be communicated to you at the moment of acceptance of the bonus offer.

• A bonus is an award granted by the MONRO Sportsbook platform. There are two types of bonuses: deposit bonuses (percentage of a deposit) and no deposit bonuses. When you receive a sports betting bonus, the bonus amount is only available for use on the MONRO Sportsbook platform. • The maximum winnings after wagering the bonus are individually assigned for each sports betting bonus and are stipulated in the bonus conditions.

• You should carefully read all the Terms and Conditions in relation to sports betting bonuses.
• Only one sports betting bonus can be effective during one special event until the MONRO Sportsbook platform has approved otherwise.
• Only one sports betting bonus can be active on your account at any given moment of time.
• The MONRO Sportsbook platform reserves the right to revise the size of the weekly and individual bonus offers, if it considers that the user is receiving a disproportionate amount of bonuses regarding the ratio of deposits made and bonuses received for them.
Your cash and bonus balance
• A bonus is considered as a “free bet“ and cannot be considered as a monetary equivalent. Recovery of its money equivalent, replacement, transfer, and retransfer of bonuses shall not be permitted (except as set forth in these rules).
• By default, sports bets are made with real funds. If you wish to place a bet using your bonus funds, turn on the respective toggle switch in the bet slip. The toggle switch is displayed only if your bet fits the requirements of the active bonus.
Sports betting bonus types
The MONRO Sportsbook platform offers three types of sports betting bonus:
• Free bet – a sports betting bonus by which bets placed by you are drawn from your bonus balance. If your stake is settled as a winner, your net winnings will be credited to your cash balance. The winnings you receive will be available immediately after they are credited and can be used at your discretion.
• Wagering – a sports betting bonus by which bets placed by you are drawn from your bonus balance. All winnings from such bonus bets will be credited to your bonus balance. They cannot be withdrawn until all bonus wagering requirements have been met. The bonus itself can also not be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements are met. After the bonus itself has been wagered, the sums wagered will be transferred to your cash balance and can be used at your discretion.
• Real wagering – a sports betting bonus by which bets placed by you are drawn from your cash balance. Winnings from such bets are credited to your cash balance. By placing a bet from your cash balance, you fulfil the bonus wagering requirements. You can also place bets from your bonus balance. In that case, winnings will be credited to your bonus balance, but the bonus will not be wagered. After your bonus is wagered, the total sum on your bonus balance will be credited to your cash balance and can be used at your discretion.
No deposit sports betting bonus
• It is mandatory to pre-fill personal data in the player’s profile before receiving a no deposit sports betting bonus. If the profile is filled out after receiving a no deposit bonus, the bonus received will be cancelled.
• In the event of repeated use of no-deposit bonuses on the Company’s projects without making real money deposits between these actions, the MONRO Sportsbook platform reserves the right to request that the user make a deposit equal to the amount of the wagered bonus funds available in the balance at the time of the withdrawal request (minimum deposit: 1 000 ₽; 10 €; 10 $; 400 ₴; 5 000 ₸; 20 C$; 50 R$; 10 000 CLP; wager: 3X). If the user refuses to make a deposit, all no-deposit bonuses and any winnings received from them, including those obtained from wagered bonus funds, will be annulled.
• The maximum winnings gained after wagering a no-deposit bonus are 10X the bonus amount unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms. If the amount of winnings exceeds the limit, it will be deducted from the balance once wagering requirements are met.
The maximum possible amount available for withdrawal after wagering a no-deposit bonus or winnings gained after wagering a no-deposit bonus are 10X the bonus amount unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms. Any amount which exceeds the said limits will be written off the balance.
To continue playing without limitations regarding the amount of winnings, you need to first withdraw the winnings gained from wagering a no-deposit bonus and then make another deposit.
• At a single home address, IP address, device, phone number and payment system account (QIWI, Skrill, PAYEER, credit card, etc.), bonuses can only be received by one user.
• In the event of a withdrawal of funds received from a no deposit sports betting bonus, the MONRO Sportsbook platform reserves the right to request documents to verify the account. As well as an additional check, at the discretion of the administration, documents confirming the place of residence may be requested, for example, a utility bill, which should be no more than 6 months.
• The MONRO Sportsbook platform has the right to refuse to activate a no deposit sports betting bonus to a player whose winning payments exceed the sum of deposits for the entire game period or for the last calendar year.
Sports betting bonus wagering
• By activating a bonus, the client automatically agrees to that bonus terms and conditions.
• To wager a sports betting bonus, it is sufficient to place bets that conform to the sports betting bonus conditions. You can view the conditions for a specific bonus in the bonus description on the website or by contacting our support service.
• If the bet placed does not conform to the bonus conditions, it will be drawn from your cash balance and will not be counted towards the bonus wagering.
• The bonus can be wagered using funds from either your cash or your bonus balance. The wagering method depends on the type of active bonus.
• With an active bonus, you can choose from which of your balances to place a sports bet. For bonuses which are wagered using funds from your bonus balance, a bet placed from your cash balance will not be counted towards the wagering, regardless of whether or not the bet conforms to the bonus conditions. For bonuses which are wagered using funds from your cash balance (Real Wagering bonuses), a bet placed from your bonus balance will not be counted towards the wagering.
• A bet is counted towards the wagering conditions at the moment it is placed on the site by the client.
• All bets placed from your bonus balance are calculated according to the bookmaker’s general rules of settlement.
• Bets placed in the virtual sport (V-sport) section are not considered as fulfilling the wagering conditions.
• Bets calculated with the odds of 1 (refund), as well as bets placed with the “Cash Out” option applied, will not be counted towards wagering the bonus.
• Funds credited to the user’s bonus balance can only be used to place bets on sports or other events presented in the Live or Pre-match sections.
• Sports betting bonuses are used in order of their appearance. A bonus becomes “active” after the first bet is placed that conforms to the bonus conditions if any earlier bonus has the status “wagered” or “cancelled” (see the classification and meaning of bonus statuses below).
Each bonus has 4 stages (statuses):
• Active – a non-wagered bonus that you are using at the moment, the conditions for wagering which have not been fulfilled.
• New – a bonus on your account that has not yet been activated. This bonus cannot be withdrawn.
• Wagered – a bonus for which all the wagering requirements have been met. The funds on your bonus balance associated with the active bonus will be credited to your cash balance. They can be withdrawn at any time.
• Cancelled – a bonus which has been deleted from your bonus balance. The result of bonus wagering is annulled when the bonus is cancelled. You can refuse a bonus yourself via your account or by contacting our support service. The MONRO Sportsbook platform reserves the right to cancel or delete a bonus from your account if:
a) you have not fulfilled the wagering conditions;
b) you have withdrawn funds before wagering;
c) you have breached these terms and conditions.
The sum remaining of an active bonus on your bonus balance is less than the minimum stake for sports bets, and there are no bets made from your bonus balance that are awaiting settlement. In this case, the bonus will automatically be cancelled.
A bonus is considered wagered if the client has fulfilled all the wagering requirements. Any other sports betting bonuses cannot be used by the player until the status of the active bonus changes to “wagered” or “cancelled”.
Withdrawal with an active bonus
• The funds deposited by you are used to place bets. All winnings obtained from bets made from your cash balance are credited to your cash balance and can be used at your discretion, regardless of whether or not they were counted towards the bonus wagering.
• After a bonus has been wagered, the total funds on your bonus balance connected to the active bonus will be transferred to your cash balance. They can be withdrawn at any time.
• All winnings obtained during the wagering of a Free bet sports betting bonus are credited to your cash balance and available for withdrawal regardless of the status of the bonus.
• Winnings obtained with a Wagering bonus are available only after the bonus wagering once the bonus balance sum has been transferred to your cash balance.
• A Real Wagering sports betting bonus can only be withdrawn after the bonus has been wagered. Such a bonus can be wagered with any deposit, provided the validity of the bonus has not expired.
• All withdrawals of funds are only permitted when the abovementioned rules have been met, including the submission of all documents required to confirm identity.
Sports betting bonus abuse
• We have the right to monitor and review transactions and the log history at our own discretion and at any time. If, as a result of this review, we discover any abuse of sports betting bonuses, the MONRO Sportsbook platform can cancel your bonuses.
• If we discover that a player uses a sports betting bonus or another promotional award with the only purpose of gaining a positive result via secure bonus wagering techniques, we are entitled to exclude this player from current and subsequent promotions.
• Note that when registering you must specify an operating phone number, in order to confirm your identity. If we are unable to contact you, this may limit your ability to use bonuses and lead to the blocking of your game account.
• A bonus is available for only one game account per person, family, home, computer, or IP address. In the event of suspicion of violation of the rules and/or the creation of fake accounts, player groups, etc., the MONRO Sportsbook platform reserves the right to cancel any bonuses and winnings credited to those accounts and to block the account in question.
• A bonus is awarded for entertainment purposes. • The MONRO Sportsbook platform reserves the right to implement procedures for verification of the owner of a player’s account, and also to halt the crediting of bonuses to a player’s account until the verification procedures are completed.
• The abuse of affiliate or streamer raffles and giveaways in order to take advantage of no deposit sports betting bonuses multiple times is considered a type of fraud and will result in cancelling the last no deposit sports betting bonus and all winnings from it.

• Sports betting bonuses are used in order of their appearance. A bonus becomes “active” after the first bet is placed that conforms to the bonus conditions if any earlier bonus has the status “wagered” or “cancelled” (see the classification and meaning of bonus statuses below).
Each bonus has 4 stages (statuses):
• Active – a non-wagered bonus that you are using at the moment, the conditions for wagering which have not been fulfilled.
• New – a bonus on your account that has not yet been activated. This bonus cannot be withdrawn.
• Wagered – a bonus for which all the wagering requirements have been met. The funds on your bonus balance associated with the active bonus will be credited to your cash balance. They can be withdrawn at any time.
• Cancelled – a bonus which has been deleted from your bonus balance. The result of bonus wagering is annulled when the bonus is cancelled. You can refuse a bonus yourself via your account or by contacting our support service. The MONRO Sportsbook platform reserves the right to cancel or delete a bonus from your account if:
a) you have not fulfilled the wagering conditions;
b) you have withdrawn funds before wagering;
c) you have breached these terms and conditions.
The sum remaining of an active bonus on your bonus balance is less than the minimum stake for sports bets, and there are no bets made from your bonus balance that are awaiting settlement. In this case, the bonus will automatically be cancelled.
A bonus is considered wagered if the client has fulfilled all the wagering requirements. Any other sports betting bonuses cannot be used by the player until the status of the active bonus changes to “wagered” or “cancelled”.
Withdrawal with an active bonus
• The funds deposited by you are used to place bets. All winnings obtained from bets made from your cash balance are credited to your cash balance and can be used at your discretion, regardless of whether or not they were counted towards the bonus wagering.
• After a bonus has been wagered, the total funds on your bonus balance connected to the active bonus will be transferred to your cash balance. They can be withdrawn at any time.
• All winnings obtained during the wagering of a Free bet sports betting bonus are credited to your cash balance and available for withdrawal regardless of the status of the bonus.
• Winnings obtained with a Wagering bonus are available only after the bonus wagering once the bonus balance sum has been transferred to your cash balance.
• A Real Wagering sports betting bonus can only be withdrawn after the bonus has been wagered. Such a bonus can be wagered with any deposit, provided the validity of the bonus has not expired.
• All withdrawals of funds are only permitted when the abovementioned rules have been met, including the submission of all documents required to confirm identity.
Sports betting bonus abuse
• We have the right to monitor and review transactions and the log history at our own discretion and at any time. If, as a result of this review, we discover any abuse of sports betting bonuses, the MONRO Sportsbook platform can cancel your bonuses.
• If we discover that a player uses a sports betting bonus or another promotional award with the only purpose of gaining a positive result via secure bonus wagering techniques, we are entitled to exclude this player from current and subsequent promotions.
• Note that when registering you must specify an operating phone number, in order to confirm your identity. If we are unable to contact you, this may limit your ability to use bonuses and lead to the blocking of your game account.
• A bonus is available for only one game account per person, family, home, computer, or IP address. In the event of suspicion of violation of the rules and/or the creation of fake accounts, player groups, etc., the MONRO Sportsbook platform reserves the right to cancel any bonuses and winnings credited to those accounts and to block the account in question.
• A bonus is awarded for entertainment purposes. The MONRO Sportsbook platform reserves the right to cancel a bonus if it notices the adoption of strategies that, at its discretion, it considers malicious, the placing of series of bets from a player or group of players that lead to guaranteed profit, and any other violations of fair play.
• The MONRO Sportsbook platform reserves the right to implement procedures for verification of the owner of a player’s account, and also to halt the crediting of bonuses to a player’s account until the verification procedures are completed.
• The abuse of affiliate or streamer raffles and giveaways in order to take advantage of no deposit sports betting bonuses multiple times is considered a type of fraud and will result in cancelling the last no deposit sports betting bonus and all winnings from it.
• We may at any time make changes, alter, and amend the rules and conditions of the sports betting bonus use. Players should regularly check these rules and conditions for updates.
